Yes. Both private owners and Real Estate agents can advertise properties on Imatico.eu. Our mission is to provide
high international visibility to any European Real Estate.

3) How much commission does Imatico.eu take when selling a property?
None. The reason is simple. We don't sell properties. We advertise them on the international Real Estate market

At this moment, Imatico.eu advertises properties from 30 European countries. We operate in Austria, Belgium,

Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia,

5) How do I upload my property to Imatico.eu?
First of all, don't worry. It's very easy! If you don't have an account with us, create one first on this link. It's fast and free!
Once you have an account, you can click the Submit Property link in the header or just click here if you are already logged in.
There is also an easy to understand step-by-step guide on this link. We recommend you read this first and to make sure
you have all property information, pictures and plans available before submitting your property.

6) What does it cost me to advertise my property on Imatico.eu?
We offer different subscription packages according to your needs. You can always register and advertise one property for free
for 30 days. No payment details are needed for this and the subscription automatically ends after 30 days.
Before or after your subscription ends, you can also upgrade your advertisement:
- Advertise your property for 3 months for only 39 € (one time payment, includes the advertisement of your property for 90 days)
- Advertise your property for 6 months only 78 € (one time payment, includes the advertisement of your property for 180 days)
- Advertise your property for 12 months for only 139 € (one time payment, includes the advertisement of your property as
highlighted premium property for 360 days)

7) My property has been sold before the end of my subscription package. Do you refund the remaining time?
No, we normally don't. The faster you sell your property through us, the happier you should be. Some of our packages
also include for your property to be displayed as highlighted property, which may have contributed to the fast sale
of your property. All our packages are bought with a one time payment and are non refundable.
We do however have a money back guarantee in case you are not happy with our services, or in case you did not
receive any contacts during your subscription. Any doubts, please speak to us. Again, we are an online Real Estate
portal with a human touch, and we are constantly monitoring client feedback in order to keep improving our services.
8) I am an agent or a developper and I have multiple properties for sale or rent.
