This guesthouse is an oasis of charm set amongst lush gardens and within walking distance to the spectacular cliff and cove lines beaches of Senhora da Rocha near Armacao de Pera, central Algarve. These plans include a full professional kitchen, private terraces for all rooms and redecoration for all rooms not yet done. There is also seperate owners accomodation, a seperate 1 bedroom apartments and ample storage room which could be put to other use. All legal safety requirements are met and the final refurb will take the facilities up to full hotel specification including disabled access and disabled room. There is currently a 3rd building under construction, expected to be completed by the end of 2019, with 3+1 bedrooms, with a basement that will have a small wine production, which will be served by the 500 micro-vines, already in production, on the grounds of the hotel. Overall this is a lovely guesthouse which benefits from many repeat bookings.
